From the Trees configuration area (when logged in click on

in the very upper left), click on
Blog > Settings in the sidebar menu.
Select a layout from the dropdown and type in your blog's Page Heading. Edit the URL, HTML Page Title, Description and Keywords as needed and click Save.

Once saved you'll see check boxes that allow you to enable the blog as well as optionally enable comments.
But first, let's set up the blog template with page components. Click the Edit Blog Components button.
You'll be taken to the blog page template. The blog page template is used for all blog pages including articles, posts by author and posts by category. In our example here there are two Zones, a main body and a sidebar.

Click on the main body Zone and add the Blog Tool component. The Blog Tool component is a smart component in that it knows when to display the main summary post listing, an article, posts by author or posts by category. It will also automatically display comments if you have enabled comments on your blog.
In the sidebar Zone you may want to add the Recent Posts and Blog Categories components. You can add any components you wish to any of the zones on the blog page template. When done adding components be sure to click
.
You are now ready to start adding posts to your blog!
Add your Blog to your Primary Menu
Once you have a post or two, the last step is to add a link to your blog - most likely on your Primary Menu.
Click on
and then Menus in the sidebar menu. Next, click on Manage next to Primary Menu. Then click the Add Menu Item button.
Type in your Menu Item Title (most likely "Blog"), select System, then select Blog, and select the blog you would like to link to. Then click Create.

Be sure to enable the Menu Item for your blog that you just created by right-mouse clicking on it and selecting Enable.

That's it! You are ready to educate the world with your blog!
